Ingredients
2 large green peppers, sliced into strips
2 large tomatoes, diced into cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp salt
Direction
1-Slice the peppers into thin, long strips.
2- Sauté in oil over
medium heat until soft.
3-Dice the tomatoes into cubes, and stir them into the
peppers, sautéing until soft.
4-Add salt and garlic, and continue to cook for 2-3
more minutes.
Serve warm with yogurt..
