Spicy Baked Potato ( Baharatli Patates )

Ingredients
4-5 big potatoes
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp cummin
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp salt
1/2 stick butter

Direction
1- Wash the potatoes very well. Then cut them into the four pieces. Mix with all spices, salt.
2- Then lay into the pyrex. Cut the butter small pieces and put on the potatoes. Then pour the water.
3- Bake 375 F 20- 25 min.
