Trabzon Bread ( Trabzon Ekmegi )

Ingredients 
6 cups flour ( all purpose)
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
2.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup warm milk
2.5 cup water
Preparation
1-Mix the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to mix and knead well.
2- Then wait 12 hours.
3- Shape the dough with wheat flour. Take a big circle tray, circle cake mould or circle pyrex.( If you have medium use two trays )
4-Turn on the oven at 500 F and make a warm circle materials.
5- Then take them and lay the dough on the tray.
6- Cover with aluminium foil and bake 20 min. Remove the foil bake 5 more min. You are going to have crispy bread.

When it gets cold slice the bread thin and keep in refrigerator.
